That is why we place people at the center of everything we do, starting with our guests and team, and extending to our neighbors and the wider Istanbul community.
How We Put People First
For Our Guests
For our guests, we dedicate much of our time to discovering and designing experiences that foster interaction between them, our team, and local communities. We encourage our guests—and sometimes accompany them—to step away from the usual tourist routes and explore authentic Istanbulite spots and experiences.
For Our Team
For our team, we ensure a safe and supportive work environment where every member feels included. We are proud to have a team whose average tenure exceeds five years, and we do our best to provide a strong learning environment for newer members as well.
For Our Neighbors & Community
For our neighbors and the broader Istanbul community, we prioritize sourcing from local suppliers and contributing to the local economy. As a hotel group, we have supported the local economy by launching an initiative to help restaurants in Hocapaşa organize, improve their streets, and promote their neighborhood. We have also carried out an oral history project to preserve the social and cultural life of Hocapaşa.
